- Email us at orders@peptidelab.example with your selected items, quantities, and shipping address. We reply with an itemized quote and a research order ID.
- Send payment via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp using the handles above. Use the research order ID in the memo line — never the peptide name.
- Reply with the payment confirmation screenshot (transaction ID).
- We ship via USPS Priority within 24 hours of cleared payment. Tracking emailed within 1 business day. Cold-pack included on every shipment.
- Certificate of Analysis for the lot is emailed when tracking is delivered.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once the package has been shipped. Damaged-in-transit shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs; we will replace at our discretion.
5. Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp only. We do not process credit card or debit card payments. Orders are not shipped until payment has cleared in our account.
6. Shipping
U.S. domestic only. We do not ship internationally. Orders ship via USPS Priority within 24 hours of cleared payment, Monday-Friday. Tracking is emailed within one business day.
7. Indemnification
The buyer assumes all responsibility for proper use, storage, and disposal of products purchased. PeptideLab is not liable for misuse, accidents, or damages arising from products sold.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware state or federal court.
